Our Commitment
We want you to love your charms! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different design or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll be happy to help arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, custom charms are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
